Lecithin Plant
A stainless steel based Lecithin Plant is methodically designed to remove gums from crude oil received from extraction unit, and further process gums to extract fine quality Soya Lecithin. High definition gum separators and steam operation helps in achieving optimum results which is monitored by quality experts at each stage.
Seed Cleaning and Flaking Plant
Multi stage seed cleaning machinery carry out intense cleansing to remove dust, stones, twigs, metallic particles and allied foreign materials before conditioning of Soyabean Seed for oil extraction process. This helps in maintaining Minimal Residual Limits (MRL) of unwanted substances in finished products. Systematic steam based cooking takes place in industrial cooker which enhances efficient flaking in the end process.
Defatting at Solvent Extraction Plant
State of the art solvent extraction plant carries out efficient oil extraction from conditioned Soya Flakes. At the oil extraction unit, solvent is evenly sprayed over processed flakes to remove oil. Extracted oil undergoes distillation process for evaporating solvent. Similarly, Soya Flakes undergo de-solventisation and toasting in DTDC to attain customised products. Flakes are systematically treated to arrive at high quality soya grits.
